Over the bridge and thru the stoplights...

... to our Fairy Godmother's house we go! ... (well, went.) And as usual, our cups were filled to overflowing as Anna, and her cats, welcomed us in for a fun visit. Now, you must appreciate that Anabelle is now 2.5 yrs. old and FULLY aware of the fact that, like Cinderella, SHE also has her very own fairy godmother (yes, she calls her that.) On command, she can recite the things that her godmother does for her ("prays for me, thinks about me, gives me presents") And pretty much every morning she asks me if she can wear the tutu Annie made, which I allow about 75% of the time since I'm having to pick my battles these days, and well, the tutu is cute so what's the harm? (famous last words, right?)

So, the typical agenda for our visits, usually directed by Miss Anabelle herself, is as follows:

Enter Annie's apartment and beeline for her personal sink to receive a hand and foot washing

'Clip' toe nails with tweezers and push back nail cuticles

Help cats scratch post

Endlessly annoy and follow cats. Can you tell Moses isn't loving all this extra attention? =)

Of course, request and consume 'kitty milk'

Good ol' Pirate Peg-Leg Roberts likes to sneak in the action these days too (don't worry, we're retiring these overalls until he gets a wee bit taller)

Smudge Anna's camera lens, check

And say adieu until next time! (Anyone else notice how these two look more like mother/daughter than AB & I do? Adam pointed that one out... thanks hon...)
We love you, Anna!
You're one bibbity-bobbity-bodacious fairy godmother for whom we are grateful!!
